Another issue that came up during the referendum contest is voters who could not be found or were unavailable for testimony. In one case, a voter seemed to be in South America and was not available for remote testimony. In another case, the voter literally could not be found.
Process servers were unsuccessful in locating him.
The judge blithely accepted the vote of a voter who’s address is literally unknown at this time.
