One of the pieces of evidence that was logged during the elections contest recently was that some of the out of town voters really are part of the community, because….wait for it….they signed up for the 2021 Turkey Trot.
The judge actually accepted this as evidence of being “part of our community”.
Even for the guy who moved to London years ago, and hasn’t lived in the district for over a decade.
And who didn’t even run in the event. He just registered.
So remember boys and girls, the next time you want to vote in someone else’s election, just register online for a local race. The beauty of it is, you don’t even have to show up!
